Complaints Policy


We value your feedback and aim to address any concerns promptly. If you have a complaint about an event or party held at our village hall, please follow these steps:

  1. Reporting a Complaint
    • Contact the Village Hall Committee within 7 days of the incident.
    • Email: complaints@endonvillagehall.org.uk. Your email will be sent to the Chair and the trustees.
    • Provide your name, contact details, and a clear description of the issue.
  1. What Happens Next
    • We’ll acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days.
    • A committee member or trustee will be assigned to investigate the matter.
  1. Investigation Process
    • We’ll gather information about the event and speak with relevant parties.
    • This process typically takes up to 14 days.
  1. Resolution
    • We’ll inform you of our findings and any actions we plan to take.
  1. Learning and Improvement
    • We use complaints to improve our services and prevent similar issues.

Please note that if you complain about a third-party class, event or group not run by the Village Hall, then we will inform you of this in the complaint. We may still be able to investigate and respond, but our actions and responses will be limited.
